Thread: Getting Low speeds

Hi guys
the problem i m facing here is that i m on home 500 plan during night time i.e. from 2 am to exactly 7:55 am i get low download speeds.

if many users are downloading in your area at night time then you will get lower speeds because as bsnl said in their service agreement speeds are guaranteed upto 2 mbps not always exactly 2mbps & also that if lots of users are downloading at same time speeds will get reduced because of congestion.you can try restarting modem to see if you get better speeds.

PS---in your 2nd pic do you consistently get 265KBps because i too get such speeds but only for a second or two.avg speed is around 220KBps & avg download is around 770MB in a hour.i too use IDM & RS premium account.

Me too facing the problem of slow speed for the last 3-4 days the download speed hardly goes beyond 80 but i am facing it both day and night...
