    well dhcp cache problem.
sol : net negh-properties-select the lan card connected to adsl modem-its properties-tcp ip settings- give a static ip (192.168.1.12) then sub net 255.255.255.0.. then save it restart pc, if it connects ok if not ping to 192.168.1.1

First of all i would like to say something and that something is

    NO DOUBLE POSTING!!!!!!

    Now coming to your problem
First assign a static IP, static IP means a fixed IP and for configuring this go to control panel<<<Network connections<<<right click on your network i.e. whether it is LAN or Wi-Fi and select properties<<<then browse to TCP/IP and select properties<<< select use the "use the following IP address" and enter the values below

    IP address: 192.168.1.(any number b/w 2 & 254)
    Subnet mask: 255.255.255.0
    Default Gateway: 192.168.1.1

    Primary DNS: 208.67.220.220
    Sec. DNS: 208.67.222.222

thats all now you should be able to connect to 192.168.1.1

Wha....what a co- incidence!!! Yesterday at 4PM my Nokia siemens modem died with same symptoms. " All LEDs blinking"!!! I rushed to BSNL BB office and get the modem checked. Today at 11 AM I got new modem (but the same brand Nokia Siemens c2110) from my local exchange. It's my third modem of same brand from BSNL. The first modem damaged within a couple of hrs usage.
BSNL officials are also telling that this is the most unreliable modem. They have shown me the fault history. I don't know how long it will run

Firend go to BSNL office and ask for new one

The problem is with your dhcp server. reset the modem it will serve your problem or if problem still remains get the modem changed or replace the modem

if all LED's are continuously blinking you can not access 192.168.1.1 try resetting the modem & if even after that all LED's continue to blink rapidly your modem is fried.you need to get it changed.
