what do you think, who is the best isp in India, n also mention why

I think the same has been discussed here.
As per my opinion BSNL is the best ISP coz no other ISP in India could beat them in terms of Bandwidth, Cost effective service, Coverage etc.

The only negative remarks against BSNL is their customer service and delay in provision of new connection ( not everywhere, I got land line and BB within 10 Days) . The new generation staff of BSNL is very much co operative.

well with me theres only place for 1 ruler and that is bsnl since so far i havent experienced **** with their network.

I think BSNL. As it is cheaper and fast and it is a semi govt enterprize

Its the BSNL in terms of speed and money.Customer service is too shitty but u'll get solutions here...

definitely BSNL is the best.it has evolved over time in a huge way.first it was the dial up connections for which we had to subscribe and it's speed was 56 kbps.then came netone,no subscription just use as much u want and pay accordingly.then came broadband 2MBPS to 8 MBPS.and still we are using the same copper wire that we previously used for voice and data.
