Broadband not working on windows 2003 server

    Default Broadband not working on windows 2003 server

    hi
    we have broadband connection (ADSL Modem) which is working properly when it is connected to windows xp system.

    Earlier it was connecting on windows 2003 server also. but recently after being formatted the windows 2003 server, it is not getting connected.

    We have configured the NIC like this.
    First NIC : IP 192.168.0.1 subnet mask 255.255.255.0
    Second : IP get automatically. D?NS Server automatic


    can anyone help?

    You should configure your Ip as 192.168.1.x. (x= 2,3,4........253) the subnet musk should be 255.255.255.0 and the default gateway should be 192.168.1.1 .

    we have an HCL Infinity server with two network cards

    which one i will have to give the ips provided by you?
    is there any manuals on setting up bsnl braoad band on windows 2003 server?

    pls help

    give the IP to the NIC which is connected to the ADSL modem
