    Default Port binding problem

    Hey hi

I use Siemens SL2_141 wireless router. Earlier my connection was not port binded. Some days ago my connection is port binded and since then I get a speed of max 256Kbps. Earlier I used to get the speed of 2 Mbps or more since my Db attenuation is around 7.0. Now my super frame errors are more. Can somebody help me with this problem. Moreover can i get the NIB II complaint number. I dont want the local number of Guwahati complaint as these people won't understand the problem. I heard that NIB II is situated at bangalore and I want the mail or phone number for complaint.

    Please help me out.

ask at local exchange or you can try to login with your username from a different phone line.port binded accounts can only be used at a particular phone line(i.e.your line).

You can try assigning a static IP i.e. a manual address rather than keeping it automatic and then see if there's a improvement in the prob. or not

in your LAN TCP/IP properties select the option"use following IP"& enter something like 192.168.1.4 for example.

might be a problem with the torrent itself. Number of seeders and leechers.
Try downloading a torrent with high number of seeders and then check.
