i m using Beetel 440TXI for my BSNL broad band...actually i was having airtel b4....now use...bsnl....bt in this there is very frequent loss of link light which leads to disconnections....so plzz help

make sure your dialtone is loud and clear and also make sure that there are no phones connected before the splitter.

i mean there is everything fine.....dialtone is there....nd no phone attached...there is one but its on a different line.....mean 2 say not b4 splliter

state your SNR and Line attenuation values by going into the modems config. page under the DSL settings will ya

Sometimes it happens due to errror in the machine which is there in the BSNL exchange. better wait for 1 day
