Default After Port Binding Slow Speed

    Hi members

I use Siemens SL2_141 wireless router. Earlier my connection was not port binded. Some days ago my connection is port binded and since then I get a speed of max 256Kbps. Earlier I used to get the speed of 2 Mbps or more since my Db attenuation is around 7.0. Now my super frame errors are more. Can somebody help me with this problem. Moreover can i get the NIB II complaint number. I dont want the local number of Guwahati complaint as these people won't understand the problem. I heard that NIB II is situated at bangalore and I want the mail or phone number for complaint. And mind it there is no problem with the telephone line. However i have spitted the main line into two line so that I can take it to 2 rooms. With one line a splitter modem and phone is connected and with the other which is in the other room i got another splitter and a phone.

    Please help me out.

You can contact 18004241600. which is BSNL helpline number for Broadband . I think there is something wrong with your phone line, as Assam scores the second highest possition w.r.t speed of broadband (From speedtest.net)

    Question

Most of the time this number is not picked by anyone and moreover it connects to my local complaint number that is in Guwahati. I want the number of NIB II number of SDE data networks at Bangalore from which all dataone new connections are done or the email id.

try using somebody else's account from your connection, if it works its not port binded otherwise it is port binded

There's no reason that you are saying that after port binding you are getting slow speeds there are lots of the other technical faults which can hamper your speed and the main is the SNR ratio it must be above 10 otherwise you will experience slow speeds and this is caused due to the fact that the condition of your telephone line is in a bad shape! get your line checked from the main exchange as they have some kind of machine which measure the resistance on your telephone line, so they will be able to tell where is the fault

See Mr. parveezalam1. Your problem can not be solved by SDE at NIB II server Bangalore. Rather it should be sloved by your local authority. And then step by step you have to proceed,
