Rep Power: 0  |  Username password mismatch Hello , modem: nokia-siemens c2110 Mode: Bridge mode Guys i could connect with no problems but just 5 minutes earlier when i reconnected it was showing username or password was not found on domain. i did not change any settings it just happened when i reconnected . Well i checked and found that i could login to the bsnl mail and also to bbservice. can you please figure out the error?? Thanks Anoop |

Rep Power: 3  | I think your telephone line is disconnected due to non payment of bills and your username password has been removed from the domain this type of error is also known as error 691 if your bills are clear please go straight to the accounts officer once he is satisfied then go to the broadband section and get your broadband activated! |

Rep Power: 2 | Some days ago, I receive one phone call from my firend saying that the BB connection refuging Username and password. at that moment I was working with BB. after a while mine connection was disconnected and when I try to connect it shows the same Username and password mismatch. I called BB Customer care. They told that the radial server is down and it will take 1 - 2 hours. And exactly after 2 hours the connections were restored. |
