Thread: BSNL broadband is unmatched

hi ,
I got this connection by not going to BSNL office.too good for a ’’sarkari service ’’.I had faxed my application and sent it to the commercial officer .He was kind enuf to get my connection done in a week’s time.With the Huawei’s (that’s where i work too )ADSL modem router ,it rocks.

Hey guys i understand your customer queries are not quite reaching to the right kind of people and they go problems with English.I shall ask them to update the user mannual.I shall take a look on the same this monday.
Back in china where i spent some time at the headquarters , i felt the chinese documentations were just fine as the customers were managing the whole things with minimal complaints.I agree about the responses not coming in time is due to the language issue which this company has improving upon.But to tell you the fact these are only the initial hitches .Once you hav it on your system running it tis going to Rockthis is one best product the compay has offered to the world in this domain.

coming back to the BSNL connections , for a network engineer like me who taught the BSNL technician about the trouble shooting ,paying s 500/- for installation has hit straight in to the heart.now if you meet the National games village Kormangala Bnagalore Telephone exchange enginners they are the best troubleshooters

connection stability wise i shall rate it average but for the price and service ,this is a good deal in total.

If you have a BSNL phone alreay then this is the deal for you.i heard cable operators like hathway and ISPs like sify have a very lousy service.their installaion charges are fat and they do not offer service worth the money.
BSNL is balue for money.
I am a satisfied customer though i demand improvement in customer service and cuting down the installation charges.
