Why expiry? It should not expire. As I am paying for the service and BSNL is bound to provide service.
Indeed BSNL never show this message stating expiry or reactivation or something similar
i didnt get u player, we are talking abt???
hey dudes apparently i dont think anybody understood....
i need to come more clear... what im trying to say is that...
first of all if i have taken their broadband conection on 16th then it shud show days or 14 days for internet left to expire.
cos suppose i want to change my plan to 500 from 750 then i need to know how many days are left for my 750 to expire... so that i can submit and application at the right time saying i want d new plan to take effect immediately after my 750 has expired.
Or else... during 15 days left of my 750 connection... all of a sudden if they wud change it after a week to 500, then what do i do??
wont i be losing 7 days on my previous connection?
so is there a way to know how many days are left from the time a new plan starts!!
no!anyway bsnl changes plan only after you gave them a wriiten application & best time is around 15th of month so that new plan is effective from 1st of next month but it's not necessary & they may change your plan before the 1st of next month so you have to regularly visit the portal to see if plan is changed.as for how many days you have left do you really need bsnl to tell you this because it's obvious that if you got connection on 16th then obviously your current billing cycle is upto last day of the month.also there is no such thing as days left as this is not some prepaid mobile service.it's kind of like postpaid service where you always have the service as long as you pay the bill.
Is God willing to prevent evil, but not able? Then he is not omnipotent.
Is he able, but not willing? Then he is malevolent.
Is he both able and willing? Then whence cometh evil? Is he neither able nor willing? Then why call him God?
so even if my telephone bill is calculated till 10th... my internet will still be calculated to 1st???
if that be the case then fantastic!! cos it makes it more easy to know that something ends on the last day of every month and will b renewed on the first.
anyways thanks!!
doesnt matter, i got my bb on 24 jun, i applied a cgange from 125- 500 on 25 jun
it was done on 3rd july, so 24jun-3rdjul is wid 125 plan and after that wid 500
the bad thing is i downloaded 200 mb on 1st n 2nd jul, wihich will b billed.
hey what plan starts at 125???
there is a new plan home 125..
According to the document published by BSNL. One can change 750 plan after one month. Within this one month you can opt for a higher plan but can not go back to a lawer plan (According to the terms and condition of the BB service)
