Thread: usage details

hi frenz,for last 2 days bsnl isnt showing night usage details.just showing "total usage" in i column and "chargable excluding night unlimited " usage in 2.i m using h500c plan.also there is total change in display graphics of usage page.
is that a delibrate change on bsnl site.now cant we c our night usage?

Yes, I think there is a problem with portal. as It is upgrading slowly.

hope they upgrade the software quickly. In my acc still there is a backlog of 3 days usage posting .

I think, one will have to wait.They have certainly brought some change but good or bad only time will tell.

i doubt if any change wiil be done.
may they just forgot to put someone in front of the server to monitor it periodically ofcousre

and anyone's usage account is showing less downloads
than what u really downloaded???

Because 2 of my friends said that their usage is showing 500 mb less than they really dloaded...

No It's showing correct usage.

there is a difference of abt 150 mb in the data usage chkr app from bsnl(more)

At last BSNL changes the look for its portal. Thus Shaplus usage finder is not working. Irequest Shaplus to update their software.

the portal usage will always be more than the usage shown by any data transfer monitoring software on your computer because of overhead/loss at ISP end.

Yes, it is true as replied by Whitestar 999 that the usage shown will be more than what u monitor because of overhead loss.It is >10%.
