Rep Power: 0  |  Connecting four computers thru zxdsl 831 aii modem and dlink des1008d eight port swit i have recently subscribed to bsnl home unltd plan. i have got zxdsl 831 aii modem and d link 1008d eight port switch. how do i configure the modem and computers to connect four computers to the net simultaneously. three computers run win xp and one computer runs win vista. |

| Configure modem in PPPoE mode Connect all pcs with modem port using ethernet straight through cable. TCP/IP properties - " obtain ip address automatically" Start browsing!!!! |
