    Default TUTORIAL: port forwarding for D LINK GLB 502T

    PORT FORWARDING FOR PPPOE MODE

    open >192.168.1.1
    login >"admin" and "password"
    advanced >port forwarding
    click on "DMZ"
    tick on "ENABLE DMZ"
    apply
    tools>system command>save all>restart

    now the port has beed forwarded.u can use utorrent now with no difficulty

    umm, why a crash tutorial . oh is it that i don't post any screenshots.well it's an easy procedure,it took me just seconds.also ppl don't like to read long boring descriptions,so that's my solution

    Yup thats true people like me dont like reading long stuff unless required... so thats y i called it a crash tutorial bcos i understood it fast!!

    as you have written d steps but whenevr i click on port forwarding i get a msg

    <192.168.1.1>

    You must enter an IP address on LAN Clients page for the selected lan group to enter this setup.


    what sud i do next

    WARNING
    If you use DMZ your computer wide open to all ports.

    Use firewall/antivirus and anti malware applications.
    ( even if DMZ is not selected use these ).

    yea.. use a strong firewall. Windows Xp Firewall is not good enough!!!
