Thread: modem freezes every 24 hours

i have a D LINK ADSL 502 T modem.i use a home 750 UL plan.my modem freezes exactly once every 24 hours.am using PPPOE mode .when it freezes,all the link lights are on but can't access either 192.168.1.1 neither any site on the web.i have to restart the modem as well as the CPU and everything comes to normal once again.

the problem is not a HUGE worry for me but i just want to know what exactly is the root cause of the glitch,or is it normal to have a frozen modem 1ce a while.

similar thing happens with me too....i'm on h500 and find this happening during night unlimited period. Also speeds are slow during NU.

normally for bsnl your ip changes every 24 hrs.. but thats shouldnt be a problem..
