i was not getting it 1 hour ago...just tried to log in in rs and showed it

babai m facing this probs from 5 pm then it solved when i back @8 pm again prob

call 2 times they ask me to send e-mail.i did .but no reply..

no it wont cost calling them they attend it within 5 secs

isd rate here 9.50 rs per min.m taking over 14 mins so m loss 140 rs

blame on assholes who use rapid hacks for download.rs should limit free members becuse premium member also affects now.

Just call them again .rapidshare customercare said that "they know the error and working on it.and they also said that it takes some time. And our account r ok and all data r safe "

so dont worry .i hope problem will be solved soon.

dont take the tisk of using proxy and entering your password, its always dangerous

indianboy, why 14 mins? i use yahoo call service and they got me connected and i informed the problem and it was just 1.6 minutes

I too am trying from 7.30 p.m. today but still I receive the same message. Pls sort this out as soon as possible because all important files are from rapidshare only.
Hope any one reads this and knows how to solve this.

hume bhi cus care abhi bhi yeah bola still working on it.ur a/c r ok and only support team can say u how many days take for resolve this problems.

^Dude why are you wasting your money calling them? By the way didn't they give you a time frame of this issue being fixed up?
