Hello,

unfortunately our security system is blocking the IP address you are

using to access our service.
Our system blocks IP addresses automatically when it detects a

massive hack attempt of our servers.

It seems that the person who is causing the block is operating with

the same ISP or through the same Proxy Server as you are.
We suggest to contact your ISP in this matter, as we are not able to

determine which one of their customers is causing this problem.

We are working with high pressure on a solution to this problem.

Unfortunately we can not just lift the IP ban since this would

endanger the entire system and our customers accounts.

guys bsnl really a funny company..hey god do something ...yesterday i made a complaint to bsnl.

today i receive a sms from bsnl that"ur port was restored"

they think my broadband have a problem.

hahahaha.how funny bsnl ...

it's not an ISP's responsibility to track down hackers unless required by law & i don't think rapidshare is going to follow indian laws to lodge a complaint so they have only this option---->block the IP range & then increase the security of their servers.that is why they are asking bsnl users to register a complaint but as we all know registering complaint to bsnl is different from registering a legal complaint by rapidshare to bsnl & that's why bsnl won't take any actions so don't bother calling bsnl.

Somebody is f**king rapidshare I don't know what he wants. If I am not wrong he might be person who tried to hack the rapidshare time limit and failed.

So he trying to find an alternate to satisfy his effort.

it's not a single person but most likely a group whose members may not even be indians which is using a network of computers controlled by them(virus/malware infected).it's very common abroad but it's the first time i think some group is using indian computers network for hacking rapidshare.

can we all send a mail as a group from India to technical support at rapidshare as we all r premium a/c holders & shoul demand clear response from rs.

I have already told them thru mail that I will not renew my rs prem a/c if this problem continues but again my a/c is valid till september. I m from Guwahati.

Hey me from Mumbai(MTNL)......2 days ago i was able to d/l from rapidshare......but suddenly this change......it is frustrating......as it is a weekend......u are unable to d/l a bit.........atleast they should provide us with some alternative....!!!
