Default E- Mail Id to forward billing complaints

Hi
I stay in Kolkata. For the past 2 months i have been recieving wrong excess bills. I talked with AO (TR) . They promised they will sort out the issue but no results. Can any body tell me the email-ids , fax no , telephone nos where i can put the case to draw attention.

Just submit one written application to the Divisional Engg. of your area.
with copy of ur bill. or just meet to concerned Sub. Div. Engg. /broadband
he will forward ur application to billing section and will ask them not to disconnect ur account till u pay ur revised bill.
(if this doesn't work then mail to cgm_kolkata@bsnl.co.in.)
once u submit the application to exchange they will check whether userid was used from ur line only and if they found that it was used from other line (in most of cases not possible but some chance is there)then only they will process ur claim and they will put file to AO(TR) and he will adjust ur extra amount in subsequent bills.
