You seem to be master of Sarcism.
The new thread which is started, it explains this.

The above sentenced is subject to the CONDITION that the people who are using it for download purpose are fool.

    No personal offense.

well using words such as fool can not be justified in any circumstances for making a general statement.many people use their computer for 12-14 hours & with a UL1350 plan one can easily download 5GB per day with almost same upload resulting in good ratios at torrents with no worries about over billing.also not everyone looks forward to downloading 5GB each day.also you can watch utube videos/surf at any time for as long as you want & schedule downloads at other times.in fact many 500 plan users don't download more than 75-80GB per month which means ~2.5GB per day.

Is he able, but not willing? Then he is malevolent.
Is he both able and willing? Then whence cometh evil? Is he neither able nor willing? Then why call him God?

The plan preference simply depends on the user needs. For those who need to stay online for long hours need unlimited plans. Cause, you dont expect most people to get up at 2 AM and browse pages once the download limit has been crossed. Ok for downloaders Home 500 is better than UL750.

    OMG
If BSNL does a favor for us and upgrades the plan to 2MBps then it will be a dream come true for me
    Please do that BSNL.
This will significantly improve customers for this plan.

I would like have a modification of 750 UL plan which atleast give 2 mbps at night. So it would offer advantages of both 500C plan & unlimited surfing in day.

For this we must do something. For now i have come up with a letter which i have already sent to some of the BSNL directors(got email-ids from BSNL site). The letter is sent to

    Subject : UL750 Plan Upgrade

    Respected Sir,

This is to bring in to your notice that the speed in UL 750 plan is just isn't efficient for larger downloads and specially because of unwanted disconnections.

The Average speed receive with the connection is 25KB/s (Download) which is
far less than that obtained by HOME 500c/500c+ plans.

We would just like to have a slight modification in the UL 750 scheme. The
modification is pertaining to enabling of night 2mbps between 2am to 8am.

In other plans where you give night unlimited 2 am to 8 am the DOWNLOAD speed is 240 KB/s average ( 10 times higher than 750 UL plan). So if night 2mbps (It would be okay if the day speeds are as per normal 750 UL plan) is
introduced it would be very helpful to customers.

    IN BRIEF:

    Plan- 750 UL
Bandwidth - 256 KBPS in Day, 2 mbps in night (2am-8am)
NIGHT 2mbps- Yes ( only between 2 am to 8am)

It would be so nice of you if you would upgrade scheme in such manner.

    Yours Faithfully,
    BSNL Customer

Although these people are not going to do it, but lets try.

So why would i require your help?

Simple : Even u people send the ditto message and FLOOD :51: the email accounts of these people with the same e-mail. Maybe it would help and bsnl would provide us with better scheme. :cursing:

    Whosoever emails, please mention here.

    _____________

Yes ! this is a very good suggestion but like you said, these people are never going to do this because because this is a govt. company and we cant expect to think them seriously on customer suggestions . Still today BSNL is the most economical broadband provider . Lets wait for the competition in broadband providers like just what happened in case of celluler services in india.

i understand that BSNL is providing 8Mbps with limited usage and its not unlimited here.. but do you know friends that in UK as well 8Mbps is not unlimited everywhere when we talk about ADSL. They have Fair Usage Policy (FUP) to make sure that no one is exceeding the provided limits and if anyone exceeds that limit then they cap the account which provides slow speed..

so dont worry we are growing... and thanks that we got some exchanges which are providing 8Mbps... very soon we can xpct this 1GB limit to go upto 20 or 40 GB

    cheers

It's depend on the Plan policy. I am very sure that your friend what he or she using the policy of the internet giving very low monthly charge for it.
This Plan Policy what your friend using, this policy made for the Children of the UK. Parents are taking this plan policy for their children.

flooding email accounts is going to do nothing if you people really want that to happen then go and have a peaceful protest in frount of their offeces.

do broadband march like great Gandhi ji did dandi march for salt.

Just work out the total D/L U/lL
    possible in a Home 750 plan ( upto 256 Kbps speed )H24
Name it it as A. ______________

    Now try D/L/U/L 0200-0800 ( upto 2 Mbps speed )
    with Home 500 Plans.
Now name it as B :______________ ( + free usage day time )

What is the difference between A and B ?

    Hi,

    1) It is very unlikey the email ids of BSNL senior officers work at all.
    2) If they do work, it is very unlikey they are configured on the officers' computers.
    3) If they are configured indeed, it is very unlikely the officers download the emails.
    4) If they do, it is very unlikely they read the messages.
    5) If they do read, it is impossible that they act on the email content.

Did you not get bounces from all? If you indeed flooded the email boxes, you have in fact killed the last few mail boxes that any officers would actually read mail from.
