check your SNR values in modem status/overview tab etc.if values are less than 10 then you need to get your line checked.

type 192.168.1.1 in your address bar. you will be prompt for user name and password. provide user name as 'admin' and password as 'admin' & then hit ok. on that page, you will fond the SNR details, etc etc

yes please if your SNR value is less than 10 then it shows instability of line and only your ISP can resolve this for you..

in most of the cases disconnection problem comes due to line problem/ Fault..

look carefully.every modem has these values.try advanced/dsl settings/device status etc.check every tab if you have to.all this won't take more than 5-10 min.
