Thread: Hello All,please help me solve my problem

Hi,
I am having BSNL broadband my modem is TNDSL-2120
The problem is Data light is not on.. All the lights are working, (Link,Power,LAn)
Phone also working.. the only problem is data light is not blinking...
How can I rectify the problem..
I didn't change anything so that I confused why this sudden problem happen.

if you are using modem in bridge mode(in which you use windows to connect)DATA light will always be off.only in pppoe mode(in which you get connected by just turning on the modem)DATA light will be on.

before it was working when I access webpages the data light is blinking lot of times, Now its not blinking and I cannot open any webpage..
Today one of the BSNL staff come to my home and he checked all the connection like link and others setting ,he cannot solve the problem he told tomorrow his senior will come and solve the problem ,but if you can help me now its should be very useful to me

try resetting once

Ok friend when I go to my home I will try to reset the button (30 sec press it) then what to do?
shall I reconfigure the modem settings?
192.168.1.1. when I give the address its not working so how can I configure it?
If it work means which password & user name should I give during the modem configuration?
