Post Problem with Beetel 220BX modem

i had an airtel connection in chd, now when i shifted to ropar i want to keep my existing beetel 220bx adsl 2+ modem and make it work with BSNL.

But now when i connect the modem, i'm not able to go to its admin panel by 192.168.1.1.When i plug in the ethernet cable, my connection gets connected but no ping happens to 192.168.1.1.

Please help me, i need to configure this for BSNL

    Default

go to control panel->network connections->local area connection properties->tcp/ipv4 properties and set ip address manually as 192.168.1.10 and gateway as 192.168.1.1 .. and then try accessing 192.168.1.1 .. then go to the WAN page and create a new vpi/vci 0/35 .. and set it to bridged or ppoe mode whichever you prefer
