first open bsnl portal & check that plan is showing as 1350 & plan status as provisioned.only then you can confirm that your plan has been changed.i have seen people waiting for days & sometimes weeks before their 750 plan changed to 1350.only thing you can do is kee calling bsnl & meeting with some senior official at local exchange.bsnl portal links are http://bbservice.bsnl.in/ & http://www.data.bsnl.in/wps/portal/

use 1st link & click on my orders tab to see plan name & status.2nk link shows you more information like MAC address of computer used to connect so you can confirm no one else is using your account because every computer/laptop has a different MAC address.in 2nd link you can also save the results in excel format.useful for taking a printout in case of wrong billing.you will require a 14 character portal ID(like ami12345678901) to login which will be given to you by bsnl local exchange.

Whitestar_999 has given the absolutely correct reply. Generally I do not like to post the same reply as someone else. But sometimes it helps if someone reaffirms the previous solutions.

So yes. Go and meet the regional DE/DM of the exchange. Also make a written request (in duplicate) and take a 'received' signature/date on the application.
