well did you confirmed your plan change on 3 july?i mean in bsnl portal on clicking my orders tab plan must show as 500 & plan status as provisioned the moment your plan changed officially.you can also confirm this with AO(accounts officer)of your district.

yes its says normal. and it also shows current plan as hp500

plan status will show provisioned not anything else.also once your plan changed portal will show the older months details as per changed plan so suppose if your plan wasn't changed in july but on 1aug portal will show entries of july as per home 500 i.e.2-8AM free.did you checked your usage at portal in july & made sure that 2-8AM entries are being counted as free?

hey i attached a report july why dont u see it ur self.

and as far as showing provisioned is concerned
first it was show ing normal only when i had 125 plan
nd now its 500 every thing else is same.

well i saw your report but bsnl billing is based on their portal report & that's why it is advised to save portal page to claim any correction in bill.bsnl won't accept any other report by 3rd party softwares.this is the first time i am hearing about plan status normal.as far as i know there are only 3 plan status-----open(meaning plan change application is being considered),future dated(meaning your application is accepted & plan will change on a future date),provisioned(plan is confirmed & bill will come as per new plan from date it has been provisioned).

yes i have a total screen shot and a 5 min screen recording as well.

it same as the report.

i confirmed my plan changed today
they said the bill server database might be outdated. so it will be corrected .
i hopeee
