I have UL750 plan.

I receive inconsistent download speeds 10 - 30 kbps in utorrent.

How to check if snr values on utstarcom wa3002g4.

i have forwarded all ports and there is a green check sign in utorrent.

it should be on your status page.. try some popular torrent with a lot of seeds

What more are you expecting from UL750 plus plan you will never ever get more than 32KB/s and even if you get more than this speed then you should feel lucky!!
