Is there any download limit/restriction in Home 500 or 500C per day. (e.g. Max download per day = 5 gb etc) Or any download limit per month ? I can download as much as I want right during unlimited period (2AM - 8AM) right ? At other times I get billed if I cross the free gb limit.

256 KBPS * (8-2)hr * 60min * 60sec / 1024 = 5400 MB.

I can download that ammount per day if there is no limit. But does one get 256KBPS or atleast above 200 KBPS speed at all times( considering the servers etc from where I am downloading is good) ??

no such limit for per day.you can download as much as you want between 2-8AM.avg speeds will be ~215-220KBps with which you can easily download ~770-800MB per hour.
