Question How much speed does Home500 /500c users get at 2am -8am ?

My friend claims speed of home 500 considerably decreases at night during the most of the unlimited hours. But Speed again increases at 6 AM.

Does the no.of users drastically affect the over all speed ?

Any home 500 users from kolkata plz reply your avg speed at night (after 2 am).

Also does changing the dns address have any effect on speed ?

~200KBps in areas where not many people download from 2-8AM & ~100KBps in heavily congested bsnl networks as some users reported.
