I Deposited the payment for BSNL broad band on July -5 of this year .But they failed to give me the connection on the certain time . I wander around the exchange and after 10 days ,I received MODEM in office .But they didn't give me the connection immediately . On 17 they came and taken away the modem finding it's defective and return me a new modem on 21.Then also they didn't give me proper response ,i connected it by myself.After 1 day ,there was a failure of web page display and connection was failed .Even i complained many a times didn't give me any response. On 31 I Met D.E. of Exchange office ,he told that their duty is to provide only modem .They doesn't care about any complaint after taking modem .(I lost the full deposit for one month and my valuable priceless time and my tasks are postponed)I requested them and they ignored to repair the connection and simply gave me a new modem by taking the old.Again i connected my self .But there is no connection. I complained to customer care . The executive came and connected it by changing th e settings.The next day he telephoned and behaved rudely for the complaint i charged.At that time i was not at home , my younger brother received the call .
What should i do, we could not do anything as he is an higher official (JTO).Could we proceed legally ?

.damn these people they don care bout the customers...they behave rudely....the people there are dumb and just get the salary just for roaming around and not solving the problem.........
