type 192.168.1.1 in your browser address bar. Then press enter. Supply the user id as admin and password as admin. then find the SNR value within that page with the help of navigation. I can not say the exact location of SNR Value in your modem as I am using a different one.

Your device info is showing that you are using bridge mode, but you told that you are in pppoe mode??Now one last question. you are connecting broadband by dialing or just by switch on the modem. if you are dialing the connection then you are in bridge mode

Go to BSNL BROADBAND MAIN MENU and setup your modem according to the header using ADSL modem configuration for multiuse

Go to control panel, open the network connections, double click the LAN, click on properties find the TCP/IP & select it, now again choose properties and then select use the following IP address. then enter you IP as 192.168.1.10, click on subnet mask, that should be 255.255.255.0 then select default gateway as 192.168.1.1. Now go to DNS, give primary DNS as 218.248.255.162 and the secondary DNS as 218.248.255.139. click on ok. then try to open 192.168.1.1

in pppoe mode modem makes the connection to net using your bsnl username/password which is saved in modem without any need of computer so that you get connected by just turning on the modem.also you can use net simultaneously on more than 1 computer by connecting multiple computers to modem.in pppoe mode your computer is not directly connected to net but it is behind your modem & anyone on internet will see your modem only & all traffic will first pass through modem & then comes to your computer which is more secure as every modem has inbuilt firewall.

in bridge mode connection is made by you using windows after turning on the modem using your bsnl username/password in computer.you can't use net simultaneously on more than 1 computer if you connect multiple PC's to modem.in bridge mode your computer is connected directly to net & all traffic from internet comes directly to your computer so it is more risky & you have to use a good antivirus & firewall because modem won't provide any security in this mode.
Is God willing to prevent evil, but not able? Then he is not omnipotent.
Is he able, but not willing? Then he is malevolent.
Is he both able and willing? Then whence cometh evil? Is he neither able nor willing? Then why call him God?
