Use a MAC filter ... its the best way to keep anyone out of your network binding only your hardware to your network...... though the network will be displayed as open no one will be able to access it. Very effective :tank::shuriken::5:

I meant the default page which comes up when u log-in... Its device info page under status... denoting values like firmware version, Lan IP address, MAC address, SNR margin etc...

Usually for BSNL last two willshow fail.
Appears you have clicked wrong mode in WAN page.
    Could be PPPoA.
uncheck it and select PPP over ethernet PPPoE. item 2.
    Enter userId without @bsnl.in Password
SAVE REBOOT wait for two or three minutes.
If confused select "Bridged" ( *you have to use external dialer ).
Wait . Checking screenshots of your modem/router.

See screenshot Item No 5 .

just now for BSNL not connected.
    Beetel 110Bx1.
I am connected now on Airtel ISP. All pass except 1st entry.
    Also programmed for BSNL .
    diagnostics above now.
This modem is identical to Beetel series with wireless FW.
Para two : I said usually. ( same for me in AX MT 882 modem )
To save all confusion he can select "Bridged" !!
The link you gave was first given in this Forum by a new comer. and I have
    posted in this thread.
There is also another link with user manual etc at MP bsnl site.
Thanks for your patience, and willingness to solve the problem.

    @itsmemad
Just switched to BSNL BB after power failure.
Beetel 110BX1 shows fail for OAMf5. ( two entries) IP 59.xx.xx.xx
    Working OK.
May be different in some other modems.
Will wait for feedback . Now Lunch and sleep!

Good. Just confirm about Diagnostics page OAMF5 entries. Pass or Fail ?
Please Check Diagnostics page again. and give details about these two only.
Thanks. ( will remember for this modem/router)
Better surf, for two or three days. The modem also learns the settings!
Report any further problem. ( make a note of present settings !!!)
Probaly the Dynamic IP changes, and you loose connection.
