Thread: Problem in my Usage or Bill??

I got a Bill of 1830 Last month. Though I have payed the bill But can anyone tell me why i got rs.702 extra . I had changed the Plan from 250 to 500C that month. And my Usage was 1.586 Gb excluding night unlimited. whereas total usage was 3.9 gb.and I know they charged rs. 500 as security deposit.

c free is 1.5 gb for 30 days ie 1.5g/30=51.2mb per day
ur plan change has taken place after few days in the month, thats y ur rent is 366 insted of 500

so u dont get the whole 1.5g

You are exactly right. My friend was also suffering from this type of billing problem. When he approached to local BSNL office they give him the detailed breakup of his usage. Here I want to mention that, in our place the BSNL official and workers are very much co-operative and helpful.

i have figured it now.
They have charged me on night usage for 8 days.
3947-1624=2323
2323/31=75 appx.
75*8=600
600*0.8=480
480 + 176 =655 is the excess charge
