Thread: Wifi ModemType II but one wired Desktop

I have type II wifi Modem ZTE ZXDSL531B.Presently, I am using on it only one wired PC.How can I disable modem s wifi function.If I can not do so then what step should I take to prevent hacking? Also, if I change my password in modem does the same becomes my password in my usage checking site?Also, modem s opening webpage has its own default password as admin.Should one change it?

There is an option to disable wi-fi in the "Basic Wireless Setting" (where you describe the SSID, etc.).
