Rep Power: 0 | I am thinking about moving from Reliance WiMax unlimited 150Kbps to BSNL UL750. My experience with reliance has been great. Positives: Almost zero downtime, Real consistency in download speeds (16-18KBps) Negatives: Customer care people are a bunch of fools Costlier than BSNL My concern are only two: Reliability (I want almost zero downtime) Consistency in speed. (From the poll I can gather that it is pretty much decent.) I need your advise should I go ahead with the move or stay put with reliance |

| Alligator | In two months so far with BSNL I wasn't able to connect on just a single day... for 15 hrs... the problem got rectified by itself...otherwise its working like a charm... It will be better if u ask about the BSNL service in ur area... and then take any decision... but in most places its good... Dumb customer care executives r in every ISP... BSNL is no exception... | Bronze Member | ^^ What's your location? It depends on your location and how much "contacts" you have in BSNL. |
