as far as i know there are 2 good and very light softwares for p2p...
1. utorrent
2. bit torrent..

you can use anyone.. and there is nothing to worry about your ISP... if you face any problem with ports then you can check port forwarding guide on this forum...

Can u tell me the downloading speed that we get through u torrent and bit torrent.......

As long as ports are forwarded properly, the speed will be the same and will depend upon the number of seeds.

the speed depends upon number of seeds and very important... it upon your usage plan too

Here are my speeds - not great but good. I have managed to get over 180 KB/s sometimes (not this time).

ya it if ports are forwarded correctly then you will get same speed on any torrent application...
most of the users prefer utorrent and bittorrent coz they are very light applications
