    Default BSNL Broadband new connection

I have recently acquired a new BB connection from BSNL. I have few queries to put through:

    Current Scenario:

I have been provided with ITI ADSL2+ Modem/Wireless router (combined). This is a TYPE II modem, i think, from UTSTARCOM. Anyways, it does have the Wireless capabiliy combined with the Modem. I have a HP laptop with VISTA Home premium running on it as well as a PC with Win XP SP2 running on it. I can connect to the internet from both the systems when I physically connect to the modem using the ethernet cable, RJ45 I suppose.

What I would love to have:

    1. I wish to have my PC physically connected to the Internet. Is it possible to have this connection automatically on when I boot my system? I do not want to dial and then connect to the internet. Is this possible.

    2. I wish to connect to the Internet from the laptop (running on VISTA). Can I have a step by step procedure for enabling WiFi Internet.

I have included the menu options of the ITI ADSL2+ modem/Wireless router as image attachments.

take a look here.very similar steps for utstarcom models.you want to configure your modem in pppoe mode in which you get connected by just turning on the modem.you just have to edit the connection properties of your existing connection(something like 0_35_)& change the protocol from bridged to pppoe with other settings same.this link will give you an idea---
    BSNL BROADBAND MAIN MENU

as for vista i think using wireless network setup wizard should do the trick.use VISTA's help & support.
Is God willing to prevent evil, but not able? Then he is not omnipotent.
Is he able, but not willing? Then he is malevolent.
Is he both able and willing? Then whence cometh evil? Is he neither able nor willing? Then why call him God?
