Thumbs up Tip for no disconnection!

    Dear friends,

When I connect my modem through a seperator it disconnects most often.

But when I connect it directly, it newer disconnects.

If you people also face disconnection often, try this, it may also work for you.

I think there may be some problem in my seperator. Please help if so.

    Keep enjoying...

First check if have properly used the phone in,ADSL and phone out ports on the splitter .Because if have done a mistake there its most likely not to work.Check if all the ports of splitter are working properly.Check your cable quality.
Can you reconnect without unplugging the cable , when it automatically disconnects ?
If so, then use reconnection option in BSNL dialing properties.

Thank you very much for your help. I have done the same what you have directed to me. I checked all my cables. They are all right. I also checked wheather I plug the cables correctly. They are also right.

I plug main line in "phone"
    Modem in "ADSL"
    Phone set in "Line"

Is it right. It is shown in the compact disk provided by bsnl.
Do you also use the modem in the same way.

    Please help???

    Thank you

Splitter may be of inferior quality.
