what all things are required to get a bsnl evdo broadband connection..?? Am i required to hav a bsnl phone connection.?? How much min speed will I get??

EVDO is currently available at very few places in India.first confirm that there is an EVDO enabled tower in your area to get high speeds(~1-1.1mbps avg)or else you will get the usual 144kbps speeds.you can apply for EVDO without having a bsnl connection.
