At the moment, im using an Airtel 512Kbps Connection, which gives me around 60-70 KBps download speed at all times. But recently, i met a guy, who claims that the BSNL UL 1350 plan's download speed varies from 125-256 KBps. Is this true ?

Even if that is not true, if anybody is using this plan, please tell me what is the average download speed you get.

not possible. u can get max 70-75 KBps not more

avg speeds as far as i know are ~60KBps in UL1350.

You will get 60 to 70kbps speed.

I am a new BSNL UL1350 User in chennai....i am getting a DL speed of 60kbps constantly across all time....never seen a drastic up or down speeds..
