Thread: Home 500 Plan, Need Help !

Hello Guys,

My Broadband plan is Home 500, I am little bit confused while checking my usage; it is showing Chargeable Unit (MB) Excluding Night Unlimited for last month is 440 MB.

In Home 500 Plan, as we know the monthly download+uploads is 2.5GB .

Will BSNL charge me for 440MB (Chargeable Unit (MB) Excluding Night Unlimited) ? Or is it under Monthly Limit ie; under 2.5 ?

The above details mean that you have used up 440 MB out of the 2.5 GB. So you will not be charged. Only if the usage exceeds 2560 MB, you will be charged for every MB above 2560 MB rounded up to the next higher MB.

BTW, what is your exact plan? Home 500 or Home 500 C or Home 500 C+? You mentioned usage limit of 2.5GB which is for Home 500 C+ but you mentioned the plan as Home 500.

My Broadband Plan is Home 500 with 2.5GB monthly limit, not that H500 C , C+.

kikx is right, u only get charged if u cross the 2560 mark in excluding usage.
