Hi.. im using Home 500 C plan.I enjoyed my connection earlier but it is going to disconnect a lot.And the major problem with my connection is when i lifts up my Landphone's handset,it is going to disconnect.

I already changed my splitter, phone and wiring....but the problem continues.....

make sure that telephone line coming into house directly goes into splitter first & phone is connected after splitter not before splitter.then open modem settings page(type 192.168.1.1 in browser & enter username/password as admin/admin)& in status/overview tab look for SNR values.if any SNR value is below 10 you will face frequent disconnections.if everything else is alright on your end & SNR values are still below 10 you need to get your line checked by BSNL.

Is he both able and willing? Then whence cometh evil? Is he neither able nor willing? Then why call him God?

make sure that telephone line coming into house directly goes into splitter first & phone is connected after splitter not before splitter.check the line for any cuts/joints.if still no improvement in SNR values contact local exchange to get them your line checked.
