Your line is probably developed faults and has lot of noise (most likely due to rain corrosion). You SNR Margin must have gone down and line attenuation gone up. The remedy is simple - linesman has to check the line.

Make a complaint to BSNL exchange.

Also log an automated complaint in writing and duplicate in the exchange.

    - Keep pen and paper ready
    - Dial 198.
    - Key in your telephone number.
    - From the menu, select '2' for partial service
    - IVR will read out the docket number. Note it down.

SNR 11 is very low and line attenuation 63 is very high for a stable connection.. its a line fault only so i advice you to contact BSNL as soon as it is possible so that they can go forward for repair work on your line...

7KM is a long distance & that's why your Attn is 63.you can't do anything about this but keep in mind that Attn affects speeds only.for smooth connection SNR values are important & must be above 10.
