Question BSNL Broadband- Netsweeper Error

BSNL BroadBand- Netsweeper Error

I am a BSNL DataOne user. I use 750UL plan. I cannot access videos
hosted on youtube (and some other sites I visit every day). I can visit the
site but I cannot view the videos. I get an error message like this:

The site you have chosen has been categorized as: Criminal Skills

It is the first time this has happened to me (I am from Kerala). I tried to view many other videos but it's all been blocked. I clicked the Powerd By Netsweeper link and got a page that say

"You have reached this site from a link on a "deny" page. You reached the deny page because the organization that provides your Internet access enforces policies that control the types of sites your computer can access. You should contact the organization that provides your Internet access if you feel you have been denied access in error."

What should I do ?

see if you can open youtube using free proxy sites like anonymouse.also check that if you have any software with web filtering enabled(like norton internet security, mcafee, trend micro).open task manager & see if there is any process like netsweeper running.

I have no web filtering software installed on my computer. I tried anonymouse and now I can go to the video viewing page but I cannot view the video. I think it doesn't support javascript which is important for viewing youtube videos. I used another online proxy called youhide and now I can view the video but it's really slow. I think BSNL put up an internet filter to block some site. I tried many videos and its all blocked. Any way thanks for replying.

They unblocked Youtube. Now I can view the videos no problem. I hope they won't change their mind again.
