hey i rstored my bsnl broadband to factory settings and now it is not working please help

my model no is ADSL SL2_141
I also contacted bsnlperson but they couldnt help me yet

did you try the link i gave in my previous post?it's from BSNL kolkata official site.

in your LAN TCP/IP properties set IP as 192.168.1.4 & default gateway as 192.168.1.1 then try.

Open web Browser (ie), type 192.168.1.1 in place URL then Enter it will ask for user name & Password its admin (Both), Remember LAN should be enabled, G0 to configuration setting PPOE mode, VPN =0, VCI must be 35, Now enter ur user name & Password as given by BSNL, click on next save and exit, at last restart the modem.

It must work,
