    Hi,

Anyone here using BSNL Home 3300 package? I've upgraded to it recently and experiencing the same upload speed that I've got for Home 1800 plan. Do we get 2 mbps upload speed for Home 3300 plan or its the same 512 kbps ?? Pl. someone let me know.

    Thanks in advance.

You should expect a guaranteed 2 mbps (or near about) speeds with the Home 3300 plan. If you are not getting this speed, please file a complaint.

But note the fine print of the contract:

The speed is guaranteed to the BRAS only.

Download speed is ok.... getting around 210 Kbps avg, but I'm worried about upload speed which is 45 Kbps avg.

For other plans like Home 1800, BSNL is advertising "512 Kbps/Upto 2Mbps" for which they are giving 512 kbps upload and 2 mbps download. I hope you guys got me... ....

but for Home 3300, the advertised speed is "2 Mbps", so I thought I would get the same speed for download and upload i.e 210 Kbps. But upload is just 1/4th of the download speed

Simply my question is, what is the upload speed for Home 3300 plan ?

Thanks for the reply. I'm missing Airtel here . Why can't they extend their services to all areas.... atleast to places like Jubilee Hills, Hyd.

You should be expecting a minimum of 2mbps speed with 3300 plan.If you are not getting the speed you reserve the right for a complaint.

On Home 1800 I used to get 50-56 KBPS upload speed. I changed to Home 3300 recently and there is no change in upload speed

In most plans except the unlimited ones, the upload speed is 512kbps which is approx 60KB/s
