Thread: broad band connection error

In Uttarakhand Srinagar broad band not running regularllly from one month and there is no solution by the BSNL office to there costomers. If anytime the broad band is conntected, it moves only 5 to 10 minitues. We want to know the solution of these connection error problem and how we get a regular internet connection. We want that BSNL provided us a good service of Internet in Uttarakhand ( Kotdwara, Durapuri )

did you get your line checked by BSNL?for smooth connection your line must be free of noise/earthing problems etc.

Dear I am not saying about my personal internet connection , this problem is facing by whole district BSNL user.I want to know where I have to do complaint of this problem , Our internet is from Srinager Garhwal BSNL office ,we are from Kotdwara Durapuri [ internet root ] .If any solution ,than kindly write to me ,where I have to apply.
