Ok, your 192.168.1.1 is not working...

    follow up these steps

    1. goto network connections>right click on LAN>Internet protocol (TCP/IP)properties>General>select Use the following IP address

    ip address :192.168.1.10
    subnet mask :255.255.255.0
    default gateway :192.168.1.1

    next

    2. if you are using internet explorer

    goto
    tools>internet option>connections>LAN settings
    under proxy server
check "use a proxy server for your LAN"
    with
    address 192.168.1.1 port 80

this should work for you, if it doesn't let me know.
    Regards Dave.

    Default ZTE ZXDSL 831AII configuration

    Try the instructions here.
    http://rajasthan.bsnl.co.in/main/ZTE...31_Type-1_.doc
Menu pages may not be same for Beetel modem ( Number ???)and ZXDSL 831B

    Keep beetel modem as standby.
