    Default Connection Problem

    Its a strage problem happened to me when I connected to bsnl dataone using my username I am able to see new dynamic i.p and default gate way in 192.168.1.1. page. I mean every setting is correct. but when I open the browser and try to open any site its not coming. when I try to open dataone.in then it was showing a message wait for rediction and it was rediccted to badrequest error message page and also stating that "Limit Exceeed unable to open the site http://172.30.67.134:8080/ssssportal...xceedlimit.jsp

    Then I changed the username and password in 192.168.1.1 page using my friend who is also from dataone. I am able to browse the sites. and now posting my message in this forum now. it was happened many times. please help anybody.

    * my phone line is active (no problem with incoming and outgoing).

    I have a Home 1800 plan and i am experiencing the same problem . i have a 10 GB limit for one month and on 31 Aug 2008 i noticed i had only crossed 8 GB so why this problem is happening i dont understand.

    Probably it is a problem with BSNL BRAS.

    I had the same problem day before yesterday and resolved the same by flushing dnserver ip's

    clear DNS cache using following command in Command Prompt:

    ipconfig /flushdns

    well i suggest that you call up the bsnl guys,i don't think there is any kind of limit on any plan, so don't worry about it!

    Tell us if this cache flushing thing worked, and also flush all your temp files

    Even I had the same problem. It happens when I exceed 1Gb during night usage timings. I haven't tried flushing, but will do the same soon, so that future failures like this will affect my daily night usage timings, which is done automatically and not manually(with the help of a software).

    Default resetting the modem

    this problem is solved by evening the same day by resetting my modem. I think its like flushing dns. anyhow still i am not sure because of resetting modem solved the problem. I suspect its automatically done by bsnl. sorry for late posting about this problem's solution.

    Whenever there is a problem when interacting with bras (oops! BRAS!!), you will have serious issues and you will never make a connection
