Thread: configuring trendnet tew-432brp wireless router wth bsnl bband..HOW???

plz help ..
i hav the bsnl bband connection.. and mu dsl modem is dlink glb502t...
and now i needed to go wifi so i got trendnet tew-432brp wireless rter...
so plz tell me.. how to configure it..
coz.. by the ways given in the manual and many sites..
its not working ...
the net is not connecting..
do i need to .. do some setting in my dlink modem also.. like.. bridging and all..
plz tell me hoe to do it.. in detail ... coz m tired of trying eveythng...

configure your d-link modem to bridge mode and configure your wireless router to PPPoE mode and make sure that you are using a "Cross Over cable" not an ordinary LAN cable and rest settings are the same!

thnks.. but m unable to bridge it.. wen i bridge it.. the net get disconected.. and i again need to reset it and do evertyhg again...
gaaad help me guys... yeh wifi is not working...

First configure your router by connecting with your pc separately then configure your d-link modem separately by connecting with your pc and then finally connect the d-link to the router and then see if you are able to make it or not

Para two:
1. Confirm you get connected to Internet with DlinkGLB502T.
2. Then remove the RJ45 from computer and connect to Trendnet WAN port.
3.Use another Rj45 and connect from one of the LAN ports of Trendnet to computer ethernet port.
4.Check internet is working.
5. Remove the Rj45 from computer.
6. Wireless settings properly done in both computer ( LAN Wireless card mention make ) and Trendnet WIFI router REcheck .
7. Start/Network/Wireless Network/ Status/repair etc.
8. Start run type cmd type ipconfig/all Give feedback.
