1. yes you can watch videos in any plan, but loading will be slow in 750ul
2. you can try you tube for videos, and megavideos for movies
3. its flash movie , so its around 60 Mb for 40 mins
Popular video sharing (streaming) sites:
Youtube: YouTube - Broadcast Yourself.
Myspace Video: MySpaceTV Videos: Watch and share your favorite videos, trailers, movies, tv shows, music videos, and clips
Break: Break.com - Free videos, pictures, and comedy for guys
BlipTV: blip.tv (beta)
Daily Motion: Dailymotion US
Megavideo: MEGAVIDEO - I'm watchin' it
Veoh: Online videos: Watch video clips and TV online free | Veoh Video Network
Metacafe: Metacafe - Best Videos & Funny Movies
It's really slow when watching a video. You will see buffer sign every 10 or 15 seconds. If you need to watch those videos without any interruption you will need to pause the video until the video progress bar reach the end point or download the video with some 3rd party apps to your computer and open it with an flv player (since its a ul plan, its what i do).
Get IDM or Use FireFox add-on like Video DownloadHelper. Next, Go to Watch Movies Online For Free Full Movie Downloads , You will find tons of free flash movies.
You can use Orbit Downloader download manager to download videos from video sharing (streams) sites.

Yes, But I had observed slower speeds in RealPlayer but You can resume the downloads in Realplayer whereas IDM doesn't for sites like megavideo, google videos.
Thanx to every one for responding and for this useful advise.
yup it is possible but veiwing with this plan will marr the experience
Basically downloading and viewing the video is more easier than viewing it on the website if you use Unlimited (Slow speed) data plan.
