With UL750 or UL1350 the average speeds will be 25-30 KB/s amd 55-60 KB/s respectively (download or upload speeds are same in these plans). Both are not good for watching online movies - buffering will occur.

If your first telephone is also from BSNL you can take Broadband on the same telephone. BSNL BB is provided over telephone line only - hence you cannot get BB without landline. With Home 500 Combo plans, the rental is waived off. Same is true for UL750+ and UL1350+. Visit the BSNL web site, FAQ and tariffs.

I think just4kix covers all the corner of your quiry but I am not agree with the coment "Both are not good for watching online movies" as 1350 supoorts video streaming, but the limited plans with 2mbps will be better option.

I did not say that 1350 plan does not support video streaming. For that matter 750 plan also supports streaming. There is nothing about supporting or not supporting streaming. What I am saying is that "buffering will occur" more than ever.

Actually none of the home BB plans are good for streaming video for the following reasons:

    - the streaming servers are somewhere in US, UK, etc. and there is a lot of latency
    - a good 2 mbps or higher speed is required
    - need extremely high usage limit (best is unlimited) because by streaming video you will use bandwidth like nobody's business

    Otherwise UL1350+ will be best.
