i have not crossed any limit, i calculated it very well

when did your plan changed to home 500?from that day calculate the bill & limit which will be lesser than that for whole month.then match the usage with portal usage(chargeable) between the plan change date & end of month.to calculate reduced limit & bill just divide the monthly limit & bill by 31(days in aug)& then multiply by no. of days you had 500 plan from the day your plan changed to home 500.

i did that already, its not that.
i m wondering about the credit adj

your bill mentioned netone.did you also used the normal dialup connection using old 56kbps modem because this may be the Rs.966 charge?

just once for 5 mins, that is charged as 10p/sec and 7.5 min pulse
that is not it, as you can see the credits are adjusted uder bb, what does the DIFF means , and how come its twice?

as far as i can understand Rs.966 is the charge for additional usage for month of July.better clear this at your local exchange billing office.

yes i will tomorrow , but i m sure there is no extra usage, i did the calcs very well. my aug was less than 1.5 g,
and i have seen bb bills the language used(usage diff) is definitely not same
